The new year invites new goals. Sometimes the simplest ones are the most powerful. It’s also a time for listening to the wisdom of others who’ve been there and to the quiet signals our own bodies have been sending all along.
First Meal Focus is for those of us who start the day running on coffee, pure will, and fumes, pushing through without pausing to refuel. It’s a gentle reminder that prioritizing yourself starts with nourishment. Being mindful of what you eat first can set the tone for the entire day. Whether it is more protein for sustained energy, fewer unnecessary sugars, or choices that support your well being instead of draining it.
Listening, learning, and choosing to care for yourself in small, meaningful ways can all start with that first meal.
This is a twist on one of our best sellers of all time…Captain Oats! It is the same texture with the crunch oats to top it off, but had the added scent blend of peaches and cream. It is topped with a peach charm, a few small blueberries, and some strawberry fimos to mimic the label done by Biscotti.
For our one year anniversary , I wanted to feature some up and coming slime label artist that have been wonderful customers of ours. This label is designed by the incredibly talented Biscotti. Open for commissions for slime labels, I wanted to give them a boost within the slime community. I love the the label has an absolutely lovely bowl of oatmeal decorated with fruit. Oh my gosh, and the latte at on the coffee?Give a follow to @biscotti.slimes and check them out if you’re looking for slime labels in the future.
🍑 Please Note - The faux oats will deactivate the slime over time. Keep activator on hand to refresh your slime in between plays and it will come back to its normal state.
