Honey bees are amazing little workers! They make honey to feed their hive through the winter, but they produce 2–3 times more than they actually need, leaving plenty for us to enjoy. Even more incredible, the average worker bee lives only 5–6 weeks and in their entire lifespan, produces just 1/12 of a teaspoon of honey. Every drop is the result of thousands of tiny, hardworking flights!
I first met SassyKat when we were both small slime shop owners, cheering each other on through the creativity that comes with this hobby. Recently, she made the difficult decision to step away from making slime after developing a sensitivity to it. Instead, she poured her creativity into crafting the most adorable taba squishies, and I knew it would be so much fun to collaborate together.
I absolutely love the delicate gold details she added to this bee themed squishy. The bee resting on the skin gives it such an elegant, whimsical touch.
Beekeepers Reserve is a K Clay Snowbutter in a muted yellow color. Imported clay is so exceptional. I absolutely adore how when it’s mixed with our snowbutter, it literally feels like playing with a marshmallow. The Holo Gold Jelly Topper gives it a sophisticated look along with the bee and honeycomb fimos.
Honey can be a somewhat polarizing scent. While some people love it, others have an adverse reaction. We blended a wild mountain meadow honey with a ripe apricot to sweeten and refine the scent making it more palatable to a general audience.
